What is the
EAS Backstage Lab?
The EAS Backstage Lab is a hands-on, creative programme that explores the world behind the performance.
Designed for young people who are interested in the technical and creative side of the arts, sessions focus on skills such as set and prop design, costume and makeup, lighting and sound, and the planning and production of performances.
Participants work collaboratively on real creative projects, developing practical skills, problem-solving, and confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Whether you prefer being behind the scenes or have a desire to understand more about how productions come together, Backstage Lab offers a unique opportunity to be part of the full creative process.
